When we first brought you home, we tell people that you really liked to be held, but the more I think about it, I'm not sure how often we tried to put you down.
You were SO tiny, but not for long.
You liked a good swaddle, but always wanted your arms free. You move those arms like crazy.
You LOVE to snuggle with momma before we get up for the day. Okay, I admit, I think I like this more than you do, but you don't complain.
Papa hangs out with you in the morning before work and lets me get a few extra minutes of sleep. He can't wait until you're old enough to enjoy a good bowl of cereal with him and catch up on Sports Center.
You have fun watching your mobile. The soccer ball seems to be your favorite.
Owen + car seat = love...and lots of sleep
You also like a nice stroll. We took you out for the first time at about 1 week and have been strolling all around the neighborhood ever since. The neighbors LOVE you.
One day you had hair and the next day much of it was gone. It's growing back again, but we aren't sure what color it is yet. Your eyes are still blue.
Just like the weeds in your dad's lawn, you shot up overnight. You've grown out of newborn clothes and even a few 0-3 month outfits are getting tight. You wear a size 1 diaper.
After your bili cord finally fell off (I tried to keep it, but your father tossed it away), we gave you your first bath in the tub. You did not like it at first, but by the end, you were enjoying yourself.
I was able to make you smile by the end of the month. Your papa didn't believe me.
So we had to prove it.
You made me work for it.
You are a great baby. You eat about every 3 hours during the day and 4-6 hours each night.
You love the little lamb chair and the vibrations put you right to sleep when it's time for a nap.
We love you SO much and can't wait to watch you grow.
