Pick Up Man

Owen had the best night of his life. 

He got to ride in a truck with his Uncle Brian.

I'm not sure I have seen him happier.

He was smiling from ear to ear.  Kickin' up his feet in delight.

He was living the high life.

And though after further research I learned that it,

"is not the safest choice for transporting a child”,

my husband reassured me that they would be fine.

This coming from the guy who drove when he was six.

Christmas was filled with family, fun, laughter, joy, 

a touch of sickness, a little snow,
